EMPLOYEE WELLBEING PACKAGES

Supporting Employee Mental Health with Warmth, Expertise & Discretion – Early Intervention Treatment Plans (EITP)

At Wickham House, we understand that workplace challenges can intersect with personal struggles, affecting employee wellbeing, productivity, and workplace harmony. Our Employee Wellbeing Packages offer a confidential and professional space for employees to explore their concerns with an experienced clinical psychologist—ensuring a thoughtful, balanced, and solution-focused approach that benefits both the individual and the organisation.

Unlike standard Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), our bespoke approach ensures each employee receives personalised, high-quality care. We provide a space for individuals to tease apart their challenges, distinguishing between work-related stressors and personal factors. This nuanced approach allows for effective problem-solving, without automatically aligning with one perspective over another.

How Our Early Intervention Treatment Plans Work

We offer a 3-session + 3-session model, where employers purchase a package of six sessions at a reduced rate.

  • The first three sessions focus on clarifying concerns, identifying whether they are work-related, personal, or a combination of both.

  • The following three sessions provide space to develop coping strategies and pathways forward.

  • If the issue is predominantly work-related, ongoing support may be transitioned to WorkCover (if eligible).

  • If the issue is personal, the individual may continue under Medicare or private billing for additional sessions as necessary.

  • Additional packages of extension of care (EOC) sessions may be purchased in blocks of 6 at the discretion of employers, please enquire with regard to pricing.

All sessions are conducted with strict confidentiality, adhering to ethical guidelines that respect both employee privacy and employer interests.
