Crystal is a Provisional Psychologist passionate about providing a non-judgmental and supportive space where clients can feel heard and understood. She believes that therapy is a personal journey, and her goal is to create an environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace.

Drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches, Crystal brings a thoughtful and flexible approach to her practice. While trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), she also incorporates aspects of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into her work, with a focus on meeting the unique needs of each individual.

Crystal completed her Bachelor of Psychological Sciences at Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, followed by an Honours degree at the Institute for Social Neuroscience in Melbourne. She is currently completing her Master of Clinical Psychology at the same institute.

ā€‹

With experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and ADHD, Crystal is open to working with clients from all walks of life and has no preferences for age or background. She believes that therapy is most effective when it’s grounded in collaboration and works to foster a relaxed, conversational, and empathetic atmosphere in each session.

Crystal is seeing patients Monday and Tuesdays and is available to take new clients looking to book.
